ワンオペ育児歴、はや数年。
過ぎてみればあっという間だったけれど、
それは結構壮絶で、、、（白目）
離婚するしない別にしても、
例えばこどもが風邪をひく→時間差でもう一人がひく→最後にわたしにうつる。
そしてわたしがいちばん長引く。。。
これって世間の育児中の母親あるあるやと思うんやけど、
ほんまにめっちゃ風邪ひく。この数年間、数ヶ月に1回は風邪をひいているわたし。。。
出産するまでは熱なんてほとんど出なかったし、風邪も年に1回ひくくらい？
インフルエンザなんて職場で罹患している人がいてもうつったことないし、
なんなら初めてインフルなったの2人目妊娠中っていう（しかも初めてインフルの予防接種打ったのに）
そりゃまあ、顔面でくしゃみされたらうつりますよね〜
去年なんて下の子が2ヶ月ずっと体調不良で、
鼻風邪？→食欲あるけど39度越え高熱続く→
とおもったら40度の熱でて肺炎になってた(ワンオペの中入院危機)
→治ったと思ったら別の風邪？もらってまた高熱
→また高熱RS(RSかかるの何回目やw)→でもなんかグズグズ続いて夜になると熱が出るとおもったら中耳炎が悪化していて結局両耳切開しましたよ。
もうね、こんな感じの繰り返し。
世の中の親御さんみなさまおつかれさまです。
そして子供がたくさんいらっしゃるご家庭の方は本当に本当に毎日いろいろあるかと心中お察し致します。
こどもに振り回される生活は仕方ないけれど、
結構ストレスたまることってない？特にワンオペだったら余計に。
もうわたしはある時を機に自分を解き放つラインを決めてるようにしています。
それは、
「お母さん完全オフの日を作る」
家事
・ごはん→スーパー手抜き。冷凍、お惣菜、ラーメンなど食べれたらいい。もしくは外食
・掃除→しない
・洗濯→しない
で、こどもと好きなことやる。
もしくは、一緒にひたすらダラダラゴロゴロする。テレビみる。一緒に映画みる。寝る。
いや、わたしも数年前はそんな考えなくて、
「〇〇しなきゃー」とか「こどものために」なんて思ってやってたけど、
わたしも人間なんで……
そうやって、日々乗り越えております。
家の中ぐちゃぐちゃでも死なないよ〜。
それよりも頑張りすぎてストレス溜まり過ぎてメンタルやられて、体調不良になる方が100倍しんどいっす。
あとは、ワンオペの場合は
風邪ひきそうになったら早めの対処をすること。
それでもまあ風邪は悪化するし、咳止まらなくなるし、体調不良にはなるんやけど、
とりあえず睡眠！寝る！
わたしは風邪をひきかけたら必ず葛根湯と補中益気湯を飲んで、
肩甲骨の間に蒸気温熱シート貼って、はちみつと梅肉エキス食べて、
アロマオイルの匂いをかいで、21時に寝る。
そうすると少しはマシのような。そう思うようにしている。
けど、
子供が鼻水出てた1週間後にわたしも鼻水止まらなくて、
鼻水くしゃみ連発、ティッシュ箱3日で2箱使用するレベル。
いつもの対策やったら3日で回復しました。
ほんと何よりも健康第一です！！！
